The South Colac Sports Club was formed in 1951, however, our Club’s origins date back to the early 1900s where we were named Elliminyt Football Club.
Located at the Elliminyt Recreation Reserve in Elliminyt, South Colac is a family-orientated club with a strong junior development program and successful Senior football and netball sides. Our key strategic drivers are:
Across our 71- year history, South Colac has won 5 Senior Football Premierships and 2 A-Grade Netball Premierships, and multiple premierships across other Senior and Junior grades.

South Colac currently has around 300 members and supporters who assist in keeping the club going from week to week. We wear royal blue and white and are also known as the kangaroos.
South Colac is one of several user groups that use the Elliminyt Recreation Reserve, and our facilities support the growing suburb of Elliminyt. Our Master Plan lists some exciting projects such as full redevelopment of our social/change rooms, new lighting, 2nd netball court and new landscaping and parking.
